Improvements in scheduler code have been made, resulting in minimum efforts from the back end team to schedule a message. Amidst various tasks, a person may forget some important thing, to make sure that the administrator is in sync with all the messages timely, he can schedule the mails to be sent to citizens, for instance, notifying a “public meeting or new product launch” via scheduler can do wonders.

It is significant to have the statistical records of the messages sent by your end to the customers. We have built the analytics module that gives you a report on messages being sent, delivered or failed due to any reason. The admin can keep a track of the figures with the visual representations of this data. The management team can precisely dig up the numbers and analysis related to their message module. For instance, “to identify the contacts that have missed receiving the message can be contacted separately so none of the person feels left out.”

How good it is to go back and see the entire message history? Our new update includes the competence to see the entire thread of conversation, the messages sent by the admin to the audience. If the admin wants to trace the number messages sent till now to the number of people, he can easily check nor only the recent one, but every message that has been sent till now. One can do it with no trouble make similar content or use it as a proof.

This certainly catches his attention to read. iTouchVision gives organization a provision to customize the message; a person( named Peter) who has reported a certain pothole or requested a service, while sending a message to him, add dynamic information can be added automatically as per the user’s details. The message “Hello Mr. Peter, we have sent our team to fill the pothole on road. We shall update you with necessary details at the completion. Thank you” increases level of trust.  The organization can also draft the content as per their branding and add professionalism.

Filter by Group

While some messages and mails are meant for everyone but some important ones are only for the particular target audience. We have added this feature that lets you send the mail message as per the group bifurcation and interact with only required people. Like “for the bin collection day, particular set of residents based on their postcode and address are to be notified, for a departmental meeting a group of employees need to be present, the admin can minimally send the message to intended group.” This will eliminate the unnecessary communication with people who are not concerned with the precise issue.
