ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles will be followed for change management. The client shall appoint a single point contact from their business organisation. The nominated person will have regular weekly catchups with iTouchVision project manager. The representative can state the requirement and we shall check the viability of the same.
Risk assessment for each change will be performed & agreed collectively. If required, an entry will be made in the risk register. The outcome of these weekly catchups will be to agree if the change is within the scope or out of scope to pre-agreed costs. The project manager shall be in constant touch with your nominated person for the same.
If the change is a bespoke requirement for company’s needs, then project/account manager will provide detailed breakdown with man-day effort & propose the delivery schedule. Once this change is approved, the work will be planned and subsequent actions will be taken. At every stage of change management cycle, our manager will connect with your representative to inform about progress and confirm the exactness of the solution as per the requirement.
